Being a qualified Construction Technology and Management Engineer (A Specialization in Civil Engineering), I took up an occupation as a quality control engineer in a well reputed construction firm.

My experience in being a core member in driving a team in Multi Storied Construction, characterized by Quality Standards, that has been a major factor in toning my technical skills and managerial capabilities.

Apart from my day job, I also got an opportunity to take up my own house construction, being a budgeted home seeker myself, I got to understand the challenges one faces while building a quality home with limited budget, where I had to approach a small scale construction practitioner ( Building Contractor in my location’s vicinity )

In spite of giving a contract, I had to deal with lot of technical faulty approaches and logistical hindrances which was quite tedious.

Here is where, I found a serious need for a standardized quality control requirement even in a small scale budgeted housing/construction, which need to be structural stable, well designed, affordable but most importantly best in class houses which will last for decades.

Then I started to take up multiple referral projects from my friends and known circle to help them design and even to execute the construction, which demanded for an organized way of professional working to serve my customer with the best quality with in their budget.
